Pros
Great workplace, lots of freedom to work at your own pace and a friendly group of colleagues, often with after work drinks to keep things fun.
Cons
Not fantastic support in terms of training and professional development. Lack of training budget means you'll be doing most of your development on work related tasks, or outside of work. Some workshops are provided for things such as Google Analytics and accessibility training but is not a frequent occurrence.
