Pros
The people at Myriad are the best part of the job. They have built a wonderful work culture and environment. We support each other but are not afraid to challenge one another to be innovative and more efficient. Leadership is transparent and actively works to better themselves as leaders who understand not only the business objectives, but also acknowledge the importance of employee satisfaction. Plus office snacks and coffee is greatly appreciated.
Cons
This is not the place for someone who can't handle a fast-growing company that is continually changing. You have to be flexible.
