Cons
Insane KPI expectations with price inflation of subpar products. Head office has no concept of the reality of what working on the floor is like, the disconnected expectations causes an onflow effect of increased pressure down from management to staff even if its unintended because everyone can see how much unessential work gets created instead of just focusing on selling on the floor. The companies cheap rapid fire product launches dilute the focus on the core products and its constantly having the team members trying to sell snake oil to customers. I wont even bother talking about the ceiling of limitations you hit once you top out as a store manager unless you meet the clique criteria for head office positions. This company used to be such a pleasure to work for but unfortunately like all good things it has to come to and end.
