The CEO is very understanding of the balance of work-life flow. He also treats everyone with respect, which is huge I believe. The team of people that work within the facility is very nice and knowledgeable.

Be prepared to get constructive critizisim

Some decent people at the individual contributor level. The work itself can be interesting depending on your team and can attend lots of booth events to sell the nothing worth so called AI tools.

Erratic leadership that lacks a true plan and vision. The company struggles with direction and has difficulty attracting investment. Leadership overpromises and underdelivers consistently. Decisions seem to be driven by whatever trend is hot at the moment rather than any coherent strategy. On top of that, there's a serious micromanagement problem — leadership is constantly hovering over employees rather than trusting them to do their jobs. Not a place where you'll find stability, autonomy, or professional growth.
