Pros
• Some colleagues were absolutely wonderful and genuinely supportive, which made the day to day a bit more bearable. And most of my colleagues there, still say so. I miss them.
• The office is conveniently located, and the workspace is nice enough.
Cons
• Poor pay.
• Poor Management. Most managers did not have the experience or skills for their roles, and it shows in every decision they made.
• The culture was so toxic, it’s full of gossip, negativity, and favoritism. It feels like managers were more focused on tearing others down than building anything positive.
• There’s questionable transparency or clear communication from leadership, which leaves employees feeling lost and unimportant.
• HR is mostly ineffective about addressing complaints or creating a healthier work environment, they are more like a support hand for managers. Any concerns against managers turns back against the employee later.
• Work-life balance is non-existent, with impossible deadlines and no real consideration for employee well-being. It’s no surprise so many people are desperate to leave.
