E.D. is out of touch with organization Pay is not enough for what you do No incentives for quality work Treats star employees the same as employees who consistently give poor work quality and attitude No transparency Hostile work environment due to the individual in HR position Extremely high turnover

      -Executive Director withheld bonuses/raises for 9 months with no word as to why, how is that ethical? I'm sure some people complained to the commission, but nothing was done. -Low pay, that's probably why they pay for health insurance -HR manager literally died in her office, you could tell upper management did not care at all. Sickening. -No room for growth if you're in the accred department -Certain directors will take full credit for work that is not their
