Pros

Great mission and team culture at the bottom levels. 9-5 work days, coffee, exposure to different industries

Cons

Management not aligned with their teams. HR constantly changing. Hard to get a manager to sit down with you and talk about future opportunities in a tangible and realistic way.

Pros

None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

Cons

Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
