M-F work schedule. Quota bonuses. Decent 401(k) matching program.
Cons
Poor training. Lack of opportunities for professional growth and development. Company opts to hire from the outside rather than focus on developing employee strengths and promote from within. Corporate pay structure only allows for annual COL raises -raises and pay are not based on performance & production. Company does not follow its own HR training videos when it comes to giving effective feedback, talent development, and change management.
