Pros
You get paid a day early. That's the only "pro" about working here.
Cons
Upper Management is in the stone age. In their Branch offices, fossil workplace mentality is spear headed by a fossil of a VP and a pair of out of touch regional managers that practically reject change and innovation. Throw in a corporate dress code that's so outdated, it could have been written on Noah's ark. Some branches demand a 6 day work week (yet they will never allow over time), schedules have little flexibility and often get made at the last second or change without warning. Growth is none existent and the training potential is horrendous. One person trains the whole credit union and it takes years to complete the desired classes for advancement. The whole progression system is archaic and stale.
