      Pros

      - Flexible work schedule including a couple of remote days per week - Compensation was pretty good - Leave time was pretty generous - Benefits were okay but expensive

      Cons

      - No clear paths for advancement - Promotions were given if you were part of the "clique"; relevant experience and competence mattered not - HR sometimes turns a deaf ear to any valid concern escalated to them if the concern was with someone in the "clique"

      Work life balance is good. Salary and benefits are good

      Cons

      Some times work can be stressful....like most other workplaces. I think the company needs to adopt new technology (AI, etc) faster.
