Pros

Employees hardly do any work on the weekends and public holidays (including checking emails)

Cons

- Top heavy organization where senior leaders chest beat and look after themselves first. - Woefully under-resourced across the markets with shrinking budget spend. - Discriminatory and biased management who are skilled at managing upwards. - Lack of ownership for work areas straddling various departments in a highly matrixed organization. No project management office unless it is a senior level project. - Other company reviews cited no opportunity for growth which is valid as the company is able to promote only junior ranks as the company is top heavy - Slow -moving company in the media industry with no appetite for risks or mistakes.

Pros

Great perks and benefits! Free theme park tickets, cable, peacock subscription. Good place for interns

Cons

Entry level pay is very poor and not sustainable. Lot of politics when it comes to promotions and it is based more on relationship with management rather than actual performance. Upper management just takes all your work and presents as their own. Fake it till you make is at every level of this organization. Hired people as remote and now is laying everyone off.
