Pros
NCC offers a path for continued growth personally, professionally and most importantly…financially. This truly is a company where you can write your own paycheck with your hard work. There is a clear path for promotion including managerial opportunities if you are so inclined. They understand that your personal success is the company’s success and are open to improving the support system that is already in place in order for everyone to win. They are generous with spiffs and perks. There is definitely a work hard play hard mentality and environment.
Cons
If I was writing this review 2 years ago I would have said that the management staff was a con. However that has completely turned around and we now have great leadership and support. There is a level of turnover due to the job being more complex than the typical inside sales position. It simply isn’t a fit for everyone. We call on and work with all levels of organizations from entry level admins to C-level executives within multiple departments including procurement, IT, finance, and legal counsel. This is not an easy job and requires focus for the hours that you are working.
