      Pros

      Excellent sales training, good starting point if you want a break in IT sales. Base salary at £23,000 is also higher than industry standards. Free fruit every day, free car parking and very professional offices right in the heart of the city centre.

      Cons

      Higher management lacks agility and foresight. No structured development or career path despite being promised that at interview stage. Also, earning substantial OTE takes about 8 to 10 months so you'd be disappointed if you go in expecting to mint money right away!
