Pros
The interview process through the phone and in person were both relaxed. As long as you research what the company does, you'll be fine. A very organised company as they have everything ready for you from your start day. This is my third week in, and the colleagues are very welcoming and friendly. Training is provided which is important, and there's always something to learn.
Cons
Permanent parking for employees and not temp.
