Pros

The employees are what makes this company so great. There is lots of knowledge transfer across the technical teams. Everyone is super happy to help. There has been a lot of change in regards to career progression, bonus incentives, flexible working etc which has been really positive Getting through a pandemic with full support of the business has been very reassuring Monthly steering groups to understand I&D in more detail which has been very helpful

Cons

Still need to work on reward and how this will be in line with the big 4 (if NCC Group want to be a major player) flexible benefits would be helpful as there is never a one size fits all. More training budget for the forgotten functions like corporate. HR/TA a huge turnover - not sure what's happened there but very worrying as it was stable for so long. Its a concern as this may effect the culture if we are not hiring the correct people and the lack of knowledge within the teams. Changes seem to take a while to action (or we just find out about them too early, which I guess isn't a bad thing). Growing quickly globally, but need to ensure we are right at home first before growing too much - we inherit lots of cultures whilst we are going through change and growth so we are starting to lose who we are.
