We were glad to see you listed our full benefits package as a pro of working with NCC Group. Our employee well-being is important to us therefore we offer these packages free of cost to you as an team member at NCC Group.
We did however notice that you mentioned a lack of initiative in the areas of diversity and inclusion and we want to address your concern. We are sorry to see you struggled in this area and felt as though you weren't "taken care of", we stress the importance of an inclusive and diverse workforce with NCC Conversations and our steering committees focused on bettering our understanding of each of our team members unique needs. If you haven't done so already we ask that you reach out to our HR Business partners to discuss the changes you wish to see and we look forward to improving your experiences working here.
