- Great brand within Cyber industry - Technical expertise - The people you work with - They are working hard to improve internal career progression - The new CEO seems to have good cyber pedigree and I think will be really great for NCC moving forward
Cons
Sales function needs some restructuring, numerous examples of sales commissions not being paid because of goal posts being changed. The SIP committee (who decides commission payments) needs more transparency, it’s not acceptable that sales people aren’t able to hold anyone accountable in that committee. This is in part because you need a ACCA to understand the commission plans. There was talk of providing a sales target calculator as I left which would helps a lot towards accountability.
