The company is growing in multiple sectors, and is expanding into additional markets throughout North America. There's a great opportunity to move up as teams expand.
Cons
EVERYTHING is controlled through the mother ship in Manchester where the employee/employer dynamic is still based on the Industrial Revolution. The only way to get a raise is to leave for a competitor and then get recruited back. Extremely high turnover for the most talented contributors because NCC Group just won't pay competitive wages.
