Pros
- Had a great experience with the hiring process. Interviewers are very friendly and welcoming. - Generous compensation and benefits - Lots of perks! Transpo allowance, free snacks, life insurance, hmo, etc. - Fun environment and engaging events. Facilities have areas where you can play basketball, board games, billiards, and table tennis.
Cons
- Training is a little blurry at first. There were no solid training materials. But more on hands-on training. But it was fine, I just had to adjust from the training I experienced before from my previous companies. Where there was like a lesson plan. And each day has solidified topics to discuss. - All unused leave credits are not convertible to cash. And doesn't accumulate for the succeeding year. - Payroll system is challenging. They don't have a specific bank for payroll. And the attendance and allowance tracker still requires manual input to spreadsheets.
