Pros
As part of NCS team i have experienced the following: 1. I had the pleasure of being handled by managers who had our backs, who can recognize our strengths and maximize and showcase it, and also able to recognize our weakness and minimize them, or at times turn them into strength 2. I am encouraged to do better everytime. 3. Also discovers other aspects of our abilities, such as handling people within the team or external personnel 4. Management has always positive outlook of the project even under negative circumstances 5. For CSHL project, also recognized the achievement of team as well as individual achievements, which is very encouraging. The compensation for the hard work is satisfactory.
Cons
The following were my tough experiences: 1. At times, there will be situation of high turnover rates, sometimes including the management positions and keeping up with the project was tough 2. Salary increase is not much. I feel like my basic salary is too low for my current skills
