Pros
Flexible scheduling when life events come up. You'll have the chance to meet some great people—though not everyone fits that description.
Cons
The company offers limited benefits: no sick pay, only one week of PTO for the first two years, and then two weeks after that. Health benefits are not affordable, and wages are below industry standards. Growth opportunities are minimal, as the 'win from within' motto seems to apply only to corporate staff or external hires. Upper management often lacks clear direction and leadership, leaving teams without proper support or training. Unfortunately, performance concerns are sometimes met with termination rather than constructive feedback or opportunities to improve.
