Pros
The kids are always the best part, pay isn’t bad.
Cons
No room for professional growth, senior staff will bully new hires to their face in front of students, staff are expected to allow kids to physically harm them without defending themselves in the least, protocol taught during training is not followed, incoming staff are lied to about expectations of work and not offered adequate support, minimal home/work balance, HR is little to no help, nurses employed there do more harm than good, staff are routinely out in physically dangerous and emotionally training situations that are not sustainable.
