      1) Great people to work with. Respectful and an enjoyment seeing at work. 2) Free food and coffee. 3) High energy and high paced environment.

      Cons

      1) Low paying job. 2) Understaffed. This causes a lot of people in many departments to be overworked and stressed out. 3) Overtime is frequent across all departments.

      Nice coworkers and vibrant office environment. Cool working for a company that I play their games

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible leadership and management. Understaffed, overworked, projects mismanaged then staff gets blamed for their inconsistencies and mistakes when we had minimal say in the planning and implementation process.
