      Awesome and diverse people, perks are great, hybrid 2 days a week, everyone’s really nice and willing to teach you and help you

      Below competitive wage by like a lot so it’s kind of hard to stay motivated. Doesn’t do anything to reflect California cost of living / inflation.

      Nice coworkers and vibrant office environment. Cool working for a company that I play their games

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible leadership and management. Understaffed, overworked, projects mismanaged then staff gets blamed for their inconsistencies and mistakes when we had minimal say in the planning and implementation process.
