      Amazing senior peers to help you out in all areas of game development, to enhance your spectrum of creativity in effective/efficient game design. Good salary negotiation based on the performance. I almost doubled my salary from where I started over three years, even though it was already higher than industry avg.

      Nice coworkers and vibrant office environment. Cool working for a company that I play their games

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible leadership and management. Understaffed, overworked, projects mismanaged then staff gets blamed for their inconsistencies and mistakes when we had minimal say in the planning and implementation process.
