Pros
- one of the strongest user acquisition teams in the mobile gaming space, both in depth of knowledge/experience, media buying strategy, and size - UA team is very close-knit with great leadership - every UA member gets to work on every game that comes through, no siloing - lots of high quality games to work on - portfolio is diverse with new projects constantly being added to the pipeline (great place to be if you're a gamer) - great work-life balance
Cons
- expect to be kept busy with constant game launches and new projects - UA team is larger than most, so workload can be diffused at time - as with the nature of the game industry, expect project timelines to shift and games to be added/dropped on short notice
