      The salary is good enough that people stay employed for a few months.

      Cons

      Employees have to keep working at the cost of their health and personal life. It would still be okay for some people who want to work, but the work itself is meaningless and lacks any direction. The trend is to get all projects it can and then do a sub-standard job for each. Office is located in a basement, very suffocating atmosphere where people are packed together like sardines. Further, there is a lot of stress on discipline and meaningless formalities but very little focus on actual work quality.

      Pros

      My experience with NF Infratech team is positive. The team fosters Culture of sincere work, seep thinking and adherence to the timeline is encouraged. Any sort of corporate politics is condemn which leads to a good work environment so employees can be efficient and hard-working. Overall, great place to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Alternate Saturdays are working but that is not much of an issue

      The work environment is supportive, with closely knit teams and flexible working hours. Additionally, tours, trips, and official visits are also part of the organizational culture.The organization is demonstrating consistent growth and progress, much like a rising sun.

      Cons

      have not encountered any concerns during my tenure.
