We work hard as a team to support all of our employees through multiple initiatives that build gender parity and diversity from our focus on Women in Leadership to our Diversity and Inclusion efforts, Mentorships and training designed to enhance leadership skills at all levels of the organization. Our NFP leaders are mostly made up of former owners and principals of successful brokerage firms who have come together to create the 4th largest U.S. broker, and while those leaders have been more male than female, we constantly strive to advance our female employees throughout the company.
