Pros
The company was trying to make changes and had a social committee that was committed to trying to boost company morale.
Cons
The pay is way undervalued. There is no opportunity for growth, you were told to be thankful you had a job after the rift. You could go to management and HR with issues and they would turn an eye to it. What was okay for one was not okay for another, definite cases of good boys club.
