- Leadership has taken away ALL autonomy and is completely top down now - The culture used to be amazing and there was a positive outlook, now the culture is awful, leaders look to blame and there is a general sense of unhappiness and unease - Now a culture of hidden or unspoken expectations and blame - If you are looking to add value, be trusted to do a good job and be included in a thriving environment, I would look somewhere else. This is not the company it once was.
