Shame that TM/management feel that they are better than everyone else yet they do not have a clue what call handlers have to put up with.
Shifts can be very close together with late finishes with the dept making them up not having a clue as to how tough the turn around on shifts are as they dont do shifts
Appealing behaviour from managers who do nothing all day and enjoy abusing staff for a laugh. Management seem to have their own group who just enjoy sitting in higher position and enjoy the power on other. Really unhelpful, the HR should do a better job when hiring managers.
