Pros
The benefits are good. The pay is somewhat reasonable—make sure to fight for what you’re worth when/if you want to get in. They enjoy underpaying staff when they can. Semi-open office concept. It is at an okay location, just in the basement of a building that’s in constant need of repair.
Cons
There are strange deadlines and assignments that are vague and constantly changing. It’s easy to get stressed and depressed if you’re not careful. You’re also treated as just a worker/computer, not a human with a life and family outside of work. They will do their best to make you work ILLEGAL overtime. That is as much overtime as they can suck out of you for no pay. You have to fight your way out of doing overtime or suffer through it, your choice.
