      great location on the bus route nice clean environment secure building nice windows nice chairs and nice bathrooms.

      the cons of this dept is that management needs a total makeover on whom they allow into their inner circle as they call it. Some people are willing to help and others set you up for failure. Some also want to genuinely help out so that you will know and learn the job as you should.

      CEO - She walks the walk. She sets the tone and culture! Vision is well understood by all members and constantly tied back to all work being done.

      It isn't perfect, but the growing pains are less of an event because of the overall culture of this organization
