Good benefits (RSP, health insurance, personal days). Flexible work from home policy. Stable and well-established company within the industry.
Cons
Corporate owner implements some terrible ideas with no benefits for the local branch. The actual people doing the job are not heard for those decisions. Tough to receive a raise.
Company is big on having office work done from home. The company also has a strong business and has been positively impacted by the pandemic. Environment is mostly drama free and things work most of the time. Overall it's not hard to take time-off, so life-work balance is better than in most companies.
Cons
Extremely hard to get raises once you're in, company loses a lot of good people for not wanting to pay what the market currently does, especially for Engineers
