DON'T GO THERE - Wearhouse Worker NL Jobs Employee Review

I worked in Greenpack in Maasdijk for a small period of time. I went there with Nl Jobs agency. That place is a real mess, the dirtiest place I've every worked. The managers and supervisors have an agresive beheaviour, they always put pressure on people and they don't respect health and safety measures. Even if you work in a warehouse with heavy lifting, you don't wear safety shoes. There are days when you have to lift almost 20 kg above the head, if you are small you'll do that by climbing on a small chair. They don't train you at all but they expect you to do all sort of jobs and they always put an aggresive pressure. They always want you to do more and faster. You are paid with minimum wage. The accommodation is in their so called "hotel" and every room is for two people who have to pay 800 euros per month for the room with ensuite and a shared kitchen.The place if full of people from Eastern Europe who are treated like slaves. It's like a concentration camp for poor people who need money and this so called big company takes advantage of the fact that most of the people don't speak english or dutch and they don't know their rights. Would be nice if the dutch authorities would check this place and stop the slavery. I never imagined that this kind of horrible place exists in Netherlands and I strongly reccomend everyone to avoid working there.
