Pros
- KPI pay is an inflated figure attached to your offer/salary contributing to 25% of your CTC, which they say will be given to you based on your performance and told a fairy tale by HR. Still, once you join, you`ll see the reality: only project leads get it, and junior employees don`t even see a penny. - Worse management does not know what to do, who to hire and who to fire. - Is very dependent to onsite counterparts, often takes actions against the employees based on feedback from onsite to save face without any investigation or taking opinion from said employee. -Much favouritism given to senior position employees like WFH and onsite visits -Everyone has their agenda and way of working -Credit stealing is very common among leads and managers do nothing about it.
