Pros
One of the best things about working here was the management. They were genuinely kind, approachable, and always open to feedback or questions. It never felt like there was a huge gap between leadership and the team, which made communication smooth and the work environment more enjoyable.
Cons
The biggest challenge is that you don’t get to choose your projects, as assignments are based on customer demand. That said, management does try to match you with projects that suit your background and strengths, which helps offset this limitation.
