      Good benefits Many wonderful people Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      Pay could be better The biggest issue is work life balance. There is no balance. Although some groups seem better/worse than others. This company will drain you and the pay isn’t worth it. If I could do it over, I would never work here.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
