Pros
Variety of assignments, clients and industries. The consulting position really challenges you to be adaptable, learn quickly, manage your time and think on your feet. Many of the people I have seen come and go have usually had issues with these challenges. I really appreciate the ability to work from home when necessary.
Cons
We might be more successful if we vetted potential clients more thoroughly and had consultants be more involved in initial meetings with the client.
