Pros

The employees are nice there but seem miserable which i dont blame them.

Cons

advertises for an engineering intern but you end up getting baited in an interview just to end up working in sales. there is no room for any growth. Any job posting from this company is untrustworthy. this company is built on lies. company is so stingy they want to cheap out in all departments with little to no knowledge at what they need to properly function also overly relies on unpaid interns. frequent micromanage meetings are held and seem to only exist to put down employees

Pros

Had windows and a toilet.

Cons

Pay peanuts, you get monkeys. In this case, the owner is so cheap that they feel the need to dock their staffs pay for going to the toilet or taking an extra 5 minutes on a lunch break. Pays international students below minimum award wages and puts on big sob stories to say his business hardly makes him any money. Only doing so they can rob their staff blind. Incentives and comms always change every week with setting unrealistic targets and puts boiler room and micromanaging pressure tactics, threatening fire you if you don't hit them. And even when you do, there's some excuse to always get out of paying you. Most of the staff know that their being ripped blind, but don't have the courage to push back, and honestly can't blame them. The call centre is a bunch of aged Mac PC's and refurbished dated iPhones, one with a cracked screen. No headsets, CRM or VoIP software just a skeleton setup. High churn and burn of staff. A lot quit after just a day or 2 because you'd have to be a zombie to not see what's going on. Overall, avoid at all costs. Even if I was starving I wouldn't take a job
