Management is cooperative and staff are of immature, work culture is good, behavior of employees is worst - Lead Engineer NRP Projects Employee Review

company engages diploma people and tamil staff persons priority. They are rude in behavior, drinking daily doing nonsense at work and accommodation, tamil ppl dont work and management supports old employees and listens to them. Driver and cook is given priority who are old employees but not to senior new joiner employee. Facilities are provided to driver etc but not to senior staff as priority including food, accommodation, leaves, incentives etc. Driver and cook are kept as secret agents to report on staff to head office, they are bribed for the same.
