Pros
They pay for your ASE's there is a career path online that you can work through with your store manager if you want to advance, the more ase's you get the more you get paid. Simple. benefits blew what i had a the dealership out of the water, hourly pay was the same benefits were half the price
Cons
open 7 days usually work 5 but must be available to cover retail hours
