Company had a good mission and vision at it projected a well-defined future, but it has a long way to go before it achieves it because of a lot hindrances stopping it to grow successfully. One was its stupid managers who didn't have any idea how to be a good manager. They would just go around in the office bullying people all day instead of leading them. Meetings were also pointless. There was no business plans or development. They were just lazy to look for business opportunities.
