      Salary and benefits were great. There are positions to gain and further training encouraged.

      No voice for the staff under management. Need to be more lenient for family situations.

      No Pros based on what I saw.

      Cons

      whistle-blowing, poor management, low payments, not willing to invest to hire good employees, awful plant and VP, lots of different business units without making any profit
