      Pros

      The previous administration granted plenty of freedom for professors to design and teach their classes. They also gave professors plenty of time off and a free apartment.

      Cons

      With the previous administration, none. The current administration has been for the most part, disorganized. The current administration is calling to be "strict on teaching" yet has not laid out any guidelines or proper organization to achieve any goals. They have a desire to greatly improve the overall quality of the teaching but they don't have a plan to achieve it.

      Pros

      - Classes were scheduled on 2 days of the week, so plenty of time for prep/grading. - Direct supervisors were easy to reach and helpful

      Cons

      - Taught only non-English majors, and only met with each class once per week. Class sizes ranged from 35-55. Building relationships with students was difficult.
