The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.

Salary was competitive, remote work allowed

Poor/absent management, unclear expectations for employees, deception about funding uncertainty at time of hiring, lack of training resources and support, poor benefits, toxic workplace environment
