      Pros

      Offers great engineering solutions in many fields and disciplines. Laidback culture with a friendly team environment. No micro-managing or putting others down. Offices in all Major cities. NV5 is great about giving everyone an opportunity and helping others!

      Cons

      Some departments could use a stronger sense of leadership. Client base in some offices could be diversified more such that the office isn’t top heavy.

      Pros

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.
