HORRIBLE micromanagement. Too many managers to begin with and no clear roles or responsibilities. Managers have their hands in all kinds of buckets and can’t keep up with their workload which leads to horrible management to their own team. Also, this company is going through budget cuts so be aware you might get laid off with NO warning like my entire team and supervisor did! Communication was cut off right after the “Position Changes” meeting. Our “family” turned their back on us and didn’t say a word. Should have known better with a company that calls you their “family”. I had just given birth and I got cut while they kept employees in the same position that had only been there a few months. One of the managers kept who was loyal to her and would do as she pleased with no questions asked. Run far away from this company.
