      Decent benefits, not as good as the state but not bad

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, high turnover, racism and ageism, incompetent managers starting from CEO, CFO and it trickles down. Not worth it to work for this place.

      Pros

      Good benefits overall compared to other nonprofits

      Cons

      The Accounting department has constant turnover. The tone at the top starting with the CFO isn't great. Too much favoritism. Overall not a good place to work.
