The Coleagues are helpful. Employees are willing to help but all comes down to bad management.

The company has become increasingly disorganized under the new leadership. Changes are being made very quickly, but without a clear direction or proper communication to employees. Morale has gone down because the leadership style feels discouraging rather than supportive. The CEO often speaks negatively about employees, complains about the team, and repeatedly reminds people that their jobs can easily be replaced. This creates fear instead of motivation. Many employees are leaving because of the current work environment and leadership approach. There needs to be better communication, respect for employees, and a clear path forward if the company wants to retain good people.

There have been too many changes, and leadership doesn’t seem to have a clear idea of what they are doing. HR practices are mostly anti-employee, and every meeting feels like a battlefield. If you have other offers, it may be worth considering them.
